Pro Xylane

As the components of proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are linear polysaccharides consisting of hexose and uronic acid units. GAGs mainly distribute in extracellular matrix and on cell surfaces, make the skin firm, plump and delicate. They are synthesized as the side chains of proteoglycans (PGs) and form complex structures due to various modifications. They guide many biological processes, such as proliferation of cells, transmission of signals and mediation of inflammation.
